KAPALUA RESORT, Maui – May 21, 2008 – The Ritz-Carlton Club, Kapalua Bay, the luxurious fractional real estate offering being developed at the world-class Kapalua Resort, has unveiled its residence model for those seeking a Maui vacation home ownership experience.
The 2,253-square-foot, fully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom Club residence showcases elegant island-influenced design elements, superb craftsmanship and enticing lifestyle amenities that will be available when The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay opens in April 2009.

Club residences are being sold in deeded, one-twelfth fractional ownership interests, giving Members the opportunity to stay 21 days per year, while enjoying the personal services of a dedicated concierge staff in The Ritz-Carlton tradition.
Members will enjoy services that include twice daily housekeeping, pre-arrival provisioning of the residence, unpacking of garments, and scheduling of tee times and activities, along with reciprocal use privileges at other Ritz-Carlton Club locations worldwide. In conjunction with the model opening, The Ritz-Carlton recently hosted a reception for Maui realtors and brokers. “We wanted to show the local real estate community the opportunities Ritz-Carlton is bringing to Kapalua and let them see the model firsthand. The response was extremely positive,” continued Yavinsky.
For many of the 200 guests, it was their first visit to The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Kapalua Bay. Realtor Adam Falb commented, “I think it’s a fabulous project.
