Ownership is in the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations™ timeshare plan, which is comprised of trust sites plus accommodations and programs made available for usage through the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Exchange Program.

*Marriott’s Waikoloa Ocean Club is now available for reservations as an exchange option through the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Exchange Program with occupancy beginning in the spring of 2017. This exchange affiliation and occupancy of Marriott’s Waikoloa Ocean Club is subject to Marriott Vacation Club completing its purchase of the resort.
