PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The Club and Residences will be sited on Hawaii’s second largest island, overlooking what many consider the Islands’ most picturesque beach. A limited number of carefully placed low-rise buildings will house the Private and Club Residences – each boasting a view of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The secluded property also will include palm-lined pools connected by paved walkways that traverse the beautifully manicured grounds.

The Residences at Kapalua Bay and The Ritz-Carlton Club, Kapalua Bay are not owned or developed by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. An affiliate of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. owns an interest in Kapalua Bay, L.L.C., the Developer, and The Residences at Kapalua Bay will be managed by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. Kapalua Bay, L.L.C. uses The Ritz-Carlton trademarks under a license from The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. which may be terminated or revoked according to its terms.

PRIVATE RESIDENCES

Residences will range in size from approximately 3,000 to over 4,200 square feet with three or four bedrooms and at least three-and-a-half or four-and-a-half bathrooms apiece. Each Residence will be luxuriously furnished and includes such fine appointments as gourmet kitchens, state-of-the-art sound and entertainment systems and private lanais.

FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP

The Club at Kapalua Bay will offer a select number of Second Homes for Members to occupy for several weeks annually. Each Club Residence will have dual master suites and will feature an open floorplan that will afford stunning views of the surrounding ocean and mountains. Club Residences will be luxuriously furnished and appointed throughout with gourmet kitchens, designer bathrooms, state-of-the-art entertainment systems and private lanais.

During their stays, Fractional Owners will enjoy all of the services and privileges afforded to residents of The Ritz-Carlton Club. Members will also enjoy reciprocal privileges at the other Ritz-Carlton Club locations throughout North America and the Caribbean.
