How It Works

Members enroll through the purchase of a beneficial interest in a trust that holds title to real estate. Because each interest is deeded, it is equity ownership and may be passed down to your children and grandchildren.

As a Member, you will enjoy the ability to customize your vacations through a unique points-based currency system.

Vacation Club Points

You will receive an annual allotment of Vacation Club Points to book vacations with personalized assistance.
The number of Vacation Club Points needed to book a vacation varies based on your choices: length of stay, resort, season and accommodation size.
Vacation Club Points may be used to book vacations at any of seven Ritz-Carlton Club locations, plus more than 50 resorts from the Marriott Vacation Club^® Collection.
You may also use Vacation Club Points to book vacations for stay at The Ritz-Carlton^® and Marriott^® hotels from The Marriott Collection, as well as specialty travel options from the Explorer Collection.
